We’re looking for an experienced construction project manager with 7+ years of experience in waterproofing, concrete restoration, or specialty contracting. Stadium experience is strongly preferred. The Senior PM is responsible for full project delivery — budget, schedule, quality, and client relationship — on projects ranging from $500K to $8M. Travel to project sites is required; projects are distributed nationally.
Requirements: 7+ years PM experience in specialty construction; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong written and verbal communication skills; experience with occupied venue construction preferred.
Field Superintendent — Waterproofing Installation

Experienced waterproofing or specialty coating superintendent sought for complex stadium and arena projects. The superintendent leads field installation crews, maintains quality control documentation, coordinates with owners and architects, and ensures project schedule compliance. OSHA 30-hour certification required (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire). Experience with spray-applied polyurethane systems preferred.
Requirements: 5+ years field supervision in waterproofing, coatings, or concrete restoration; strong leadership and crew management skills; ability to read and interpret construction documents; valid driver’s license.
Technical Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager

We’re expanding our pre-construction team to support continued growth in stadium waterproofing project volume. The Technical Estimator develops detailed quantity takeoffs, material specifications, and cost estimates for waterproofing and concrete restoration projects at stadiums and large venues. Field site assessment is a significant component of this role — we estimate based on actual observed conditions, not assumptions.
Requirements: 3+ years estimating in specialty construction; ability to interpret construction documents; familiarity with waterproofing membrane systems; experience with takeoff software; willingness to travel for site visits (30-40%).
Certified Waterproofing Installer — Entry Level
Full-Time | Field-Based | National Travel
Multiple Openings
No prior waterproofing experience required — we train from the ground up. We’re looking for motivated, hard-working individuals who want to build a skilled trade career in a growing specialty. You’ll work alongside experienced installers and superintendents on stadium and arena projects nationwide. We cover all certification costs, travel, and accommodation. OSHA 10-hour certification will be completed in your first 30 days.
Requirements: Physical ability to perform construction work; willingness to travel nationally; reliability and commitment to safety; valid driver’s license. Construction experience a plus but not required.
